The Wilson Creek is
stocked yearly with brown and rainbow trout and the trout fishermen flock to the
river yearly. Fly-fishing is very poplar. Wilson Creek is also enjoyed by
hikers, kayakers, and nature lovers.
Brown Mountain is
known for its mysterious Brown Mountain lights, a phenomenon that is still
unexplained but told about in local folklore. Which can be seen from the balcony
of our cabin in the fall.
Wilson Creek is a
short distance is Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain, the Linn Cove Viaduct,
Boone, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the NC Snow Ski slopes.

This Rental Agreement is subject
to the following terms, conductions and rules listed below:
1. Check-in time is
2 to 6 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM SHARP.
If your arrival is after 6 PM, please notify us at 609-721-1686
or 609*395*7758 and
arrangements will be made. Keys are
located in Lock box on door, make sure you have code.
Lost or stolen key will result in a $50 charge.
2. I
, the guest will leave the premises in a clean and
orderly condition,
including dishes, pots, pans, floors, stove, refrigerator, bathroom, etc. I will
be legally responsible for any loss or damage to the furnishings of property of
the owner during the rental period.
3. Cancellation Policy,
all deposits are refundable within 7 days of arrival, ($25.00 processing fee) Reservation
changes need 10 day notification for any refunds. There are no refunds for changes with less than the 10 day notice.
4. NO-SHOW POLICY
– No refund of deposit plus the amount of cabin reservation.
5. extra Guests - Max is 6 adults any additional
is $5 per person per day. Not reporting extra guests will result in $50. charged
to credit card and will be asked to leave.
6. RETURNED CHECKS
– A $45 service charge will be incurred for any returned checks.
7. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE
– By North Carolina Law, no drinking of alcoholic beverages by persons under
the legal age of 21 is allowed.
8. Fireworks/ Firearms
- Discharging is Prohibited. Don't even think about it!!!
9. Dispose
of any trash and recyclables
at the Collection Center, located near Rental. Take Brown
Mountain Beach Rd. to Stop sign, Make Left (Atako Rd.) go 3mi. on Right by
baseball field. Trash left behind will result in $25.00 fee.
I
have read and fully understand all the above policies. I agree to full
responsibility for any damages to the property or its contents, and give
permission to charge credit card for this. Rozewood Cabin on Wilson Creek owners
assume no liability for any personal loss, damage or injury on the rental cabin
property and will not charge credit card without notifying me of any damage.
